Many of our products include Manufacturer's Warranties.
What Does the IG Smart Home Improvements Warranty Cover?
Our warranty covers parts and labor for defective and/or damaged products that were not damaged by the customer or 3rd party shipping companies. With the most legitimate warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
What Does the Warranty Do For My Product?
The product will be repaired under the warranty if possible; if not, the item will be replaced with a new one.
This Does NOT Include:
- Normal wear and tear on the product over time
- Damage to the product due to improper use or care, such as dropping the item
- Parts, attachments, accessories, etc. that have been lost after delivery from us
- Damage resulting from natural disasters, theft, etc.
How Do I Register My New Product for Warranty Coverage?
After receiving your new product, please register it here to activate your Warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you have a damaged or defective product and believe it is covered by our warranty, you need to request a Return Authorization. To request a Return Authorization, please gather all the information you have on the product, such as the serial number, transaction receipt, date of purchase, etc., and fill out the Warranty Claim Form.
Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
Most of our new products include individual manufacturer’s warranties as well. Please refer to the specific product page for warranty information.
